Shipping time
We offer free shipping to every country we deliver to. Once your order leaves one of our warehouses you'll get a tracking code by email, and you can follow its progress anytime through our Order Tracker. During sale periods please allow 1-3 extra business days before your order ships.

Returns / Swap item(s)
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To swap a current item for a different one available on our store, just reach out to us at baileyamsterdamjewelry@gmail.com.
Important notice:
- Items bought during a sale can only be swapped, not refunded.
- Pieces from the Handmade collection cannot be refunded.
Returned items must match what's listed on our store and arrive in their original, unused, undamaged condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet these conditions.
Please ship returns with Track & Trace. The sender remains responsible for the parcel and its shipping cost throughout the journey.
How to return?
- Email us at baileyamsterdamjewelry@gmail.com to request the return address
- Print your order confirmation and include it inside the package
- Ship the package with your local carrier to the return address we provide
* Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Cancelling order / Wrong address
Orders can only be cancelled or edited within 5 hours of placing them. We cannot make changes after that window, since our supplier processing runs automatically. If you need a change, email us as soon as possible at baileyamsterdamjewelry@gmail.com.
